Membership Policy
1. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred.
2. Membership entitles free entrance to all Cinematheque screenings, except for Cinematheques 3+4, courses, the Jerusalem International and Jewish Film Festival, and single events as noted in the program.
3. Ticket issuing for a member can only be done by the member. A ticket will not be issued by presenting the membership number.
4. The membership card and ticket must be presented upon entering every screening. Tickets are available at the Box Office or at the Cinemat machines on the 4th floor.
5. Members may order tickets up to two days in advance through the Web site, Cinema-phone and Cinemat machines. Members can also purchase tickets in advance for guests through the Box Office.
6. Ordered tickets will be reserved up to 20 minutes before each screening.
7. Failure to cancel ordered tickets harms other members. If you are not going to attend the screening, please call the Box Office up to 20 minutes before the screening in order to cancel your order.
8. Members who ordered tickets 3 times and did not retrieve them will be barred from the pre-order ticket option!
9. If you are running slightly late, you may call the Box Office and ask them to keep your order.
10. Renewal fee for lost membership cards - 30 NIS.
11. Memberships may not be frozen, but on restricted terms, memberships may be transferred for 30 NIS (for more details please contact the Box Office).
