Do we perceive taste in the same way? Can we "program" our taste preferences, or modify taste using odor? 

In this short lecture, the Niv couple (Chef Avner Niv, Food and Wine Lecturer, who established the Israeli Chapter of the SlowFood movement, and Prof. Masha Niv from the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, The Hebrew University) will talk about the sense of taste. The audience will take part in an exciting tasting experience, learn about new scientific findings, and discover something about their own sense of taste. A recipe with surprising flavors will be provided for those interested to continue experimenting at home.
