The heroic story of Ploey, a sweet plover chick who is afraid to fly and is left behind when his family migrates. Ploey sets out on a journey to Paradise Valley. One day, after he successfully escapes the claws of Shadow the falcon, he meets Giron the ptarmigan, an old loner who is desperately trying to catch Shadow. The two form an unexpected friendship based on mutual respect. Ploey finds himself saving his family and friends from the falcon’s claws.
